Urban Artifact: This is one of the more surprising breweries that I have ever visited. Located on the western, Indiana side of Cincinnati, I almost drove by without realizing that I was missing it, as it is located discretely in the basement of the defunct St. Pius X catholic church. Once I realized what I was doing, I had a nice experience. Additional disclaimer, every beer they offer is fruit heavy. I got a the Raptor, a Guava Double IPA. It was definitely strong, and definitely Guava. If you don’t like sweet beers, go elsewhere. I don’t usually love them, but the experience was nice. There was no food, as far as I could tell, and while I did see a few minors present, I don’t think I would have felt comfortable with a smaller child (as of 10.26).
